Thank you for choosing Savr.pro. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to subscription purchases processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle").

  1. Cancel subscription via your Account Dashboard
  2. Contact Paddle directly:

    • Email: support@paddle.com

    • Support Portal: paddle.com/support

  3. Provide transaction ID and last 4 digits of payment card

Note: Savr.pro cannot process refunds directly - all requests must go through Paddle

3. Processing Timeline

4. Strict Conditions

  • No refunds if service was used greater than 50% during billing period
  • Account suspension for chargeback attempts
  • Maximum 2 refund requests per 12-month period
